Tried but just can't quit smoking?  Would like to quit, but cannot find the way?

I know what you are going through.  I smoked for 35 years. I tried to stop many times without success.  Then I found the "key" that unlocked my cell door.  I have been smoke free for 11 years.  I would not go back to smoking for love or money.  I am so glad that I am "free" for now I can see what an addiction smoking really is and how much harm it does.  Smokless Cigarettes were not available 11 years ago.  If they were, I would have used them for you get all of the "good" things about smoking without the "harmful" effects that come with smoking.  For those who are still smoking, I highly recommend that you look into the "Blu Cig's" not just for your own sake and the sake of those who love you.  It could very well be your "key" to freedom.
